A smaller grain. A distinct tradition.
Associated particularly with the provinces of Verona and Vicenza, Vialone Nano has medium-sized, rounded, pearly grains. Its character makes it a familiar selection for risottos and rice soups, bringing another grain profile to the Italian rice collection.
